Are these seats brand new or used?
We specialize in both brand new 'take-out' seats from new vehicle conversions and high-quality used OEM replacements. Each listing clearly specifies the condition and history of the item.
How do you ship large items like complete seat sets?
Large items are securely strapped to pallets and shipped via LTL freight. Smaller components are shipped via standard ground carriers. All shipments include tracking and are insured for their full value.
Will these seats fit my specific vehicle make and model?
We provide detailed compatibility charts and bolt-hole measurements for every listing. If you are performing a custom swap, we recommend verifying the dimensions and wiring diagrams provided in the product description.
What is your return policy for automotive seating?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Please note that because of the high cost of freight, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or not as described.
Do you include the seat tracks and airbags?
Most of our seats include the tracks and motors. Airbag inclusion depends on federal regulations and the specific item; please check the 'Specifications' section of the product page for a full component list.
Can I pick up my order in person to save on shipping?
