Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Return Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Securely Package Your Item
Place the seat or part back into its original heavy-duty packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and accessories are included to avoid partial refunds.
- 3.Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our designated returns facility, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned part, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
