This lid latch has been totally redesigned from the ground up. Multiple spots have received extra reinforcements, and the whole latch has been made with a higher quality, super strong material that's over 10x stronger than ABS for impacts. The latch holds the console lid down snugly so it won't bounce around over bumps like the original latch tended to do.
Installation only takes 5 minutes and anyone can do it! Simply undo the two screws, push this latch into place, and put the replacement latch bracket back on.
